ACLU works nite and day to become a restricticron for free speech...with in and with out the walls of the Court TV castle!

Well, it took me all of 3 posts to City-Data, the main court tv forum, to get the message I received from them which is at the very bottom of this blog entry...which is why I would NEVER donate to the ACLU! I have seen those agents of the court in action. Not long enough ago to forgive them...when at least one of their primary lawyers, Jewish naturally, along with several other "liberal" members of their legal team who believed in "free speech" with such passion and felt such a need to show that they wanted to support the rights of everyone to advocate anything they want, including pedophilia and rape as good enough weapons of mass destruction as any...that the lawyers, of which I speak, moved heaven and earth to assure and WON the right for nazis to march and demonstrate through Skokie, Ill. A place with a large community of survivors of the Jewish Holocaust.

And, while I can respect the nazis as just another group of wackos who can manage to believe that virtually anyone who isn't a full blown blue eyed blond aryan like Hitler should be exterminated and who have the great wisdom and vision to bring a gun, a knife, brass knuckles and a lead pipe to an all out war using all of the weapons of mass destruction at humanities disposal simultaneously. I can also respect them for obviously having their problems with reality and of course I too believe they ought to be able to march where ever they want to...including in roving gangs at nite just looking for a little action and fun.

I have also seen the ACLU manage to shove their legal thumb up their asshole and then suck on it by asking the same fucking three questions as a form of defense for over a hundred demonstrators they were representing and who had attempted to keep an illegal war from continuing. Well, the ACLU obviously had more important things to get back to instead of moving an empty soda can for those demonstrators...such as do mailings asking for funds to represent the far left to the best of their ability...as they obviously did in that case.

And that is not to mention their ability to fuck up entirely raising any constitutional issues or to do anything of real substance during those over 100 trials other than to assure they got their cocksucking paycheck for that hack job of inadequate representation they did...just like the judge and prosecutor did. After all, let's face it...if you are trying to fight with Love for a weapon, as opposed to hatred for a solution...get use to it. You are all alone! And how often is it that the ACLU's tactic in defending the actions of rational minds refusing to march over a cliff like the lemmings of the world all about them are doing...is similar to the defense of which I have just described?

Of course the ACLU also aligns itself with court tv because they are really interested in showing that "freedom of speech" is one of the primary concerns and very foundations of court tv, at least with in its own castle walls...and if you don't like freedom of speech being practiced by court tv you can go, as it says in their TOS "some where else". More than likely they mean you can go somewhere else like a free speech area safely hidden from view and that will not bother victims of "trooling" like the nazis would be or the other victims like the republicans or democratic party would be. But perhaps court tv is just inviting you at your expense to enjoy taking a permanent vacation somewhere else on the globe if you don't like the 1984ish and surreal amerikkkan way that freedom of speech is protected by organizations who will assure they don't give a fuck about anything but their own insane practice of sitting on the side lines enjoying some blind belief in the inherent equality in the enforcement of unfair and illegitimate laws. Because as The Sextuplets sang, or was it Woody Harrison who said in the song You Where the Last Thing On My Mind "...this was just another case of blind amerikkkan justice"?

Now, it is an unarguable point that nazis ought to have the same rights to show how full of absolute madness they are as any war criminals should be which is why I am glad that they have had, in addition to the ACLU helping them, the enormous support of such men of substance as Joe Kennedy and such wondrous corporations as IBM to name just a few and who have wanted to assure not only the rights of nazis to demonstrate but so they could get to do what they are best at. Killing. However, and fortunately for all of us when it comes to poets, who have had trouble having a pen, let alone paper during their times of prophesying...the writers of sonnets have still been assured to have shit for an inalienable right guaranteed them by the constitution let alone protected by the ultra conservative, right wing and reactionary ACLU...in the insane world outside of FSTV anyway. Although we could always ask the ACLU to investigate itself and which of course as we all know...ALWAYS works under "the internal get rid of any memos that might make us look bad doctrine."

The first post that was deleted at the court tv site you can still find HERE, as ironically still unobjectionable on our Free Speech TV Forum as it was when I first posted it here. And blogging that entry to City-Data of court tv got me the following email:

Just below is my last post to CD...which allowed me to receive the coveted prize...of being "permanently banned from there for the third time"....for once again posting only the ideas that are fit to burn. And I have no doubt...it too was deleted so soon after I posted it by censors who have in addition to far too indiscriminate a power to keep alternative philosophies from being expressed but also questions from being raised about the actual workings of "the system". And they obviously go out of their way to keep such questions from even being seen much less formed in the public mind by spoon feeding them from the censors own infinitesimally small minds so that they are almost as dangerous...as the ACLU who knows of their existence through out the world of the internet...and gives their formal support to this most blatant form of repression...that censors everywhere and court tv corporation freely exercise...with impunity.

What business is it of yours that people are puppets? And why should this presidential election be any less of a farce than all the others? Or more simply put...when awhile back the same public relation's firm was handling the election campaign of two "rival" candidates"...don't you realize that is what makes this country great? For the "people" to exercise their rights to "life liberty and the pursuit of happiness" by being sold a bill of rights enabling them to buy, and at a very high price, the song and dance of "leaders" who have themselves already been bought, and very very early on in their years of compromising one principle after another for political expediency, bought, purchased and sold to "the people" for a very handsome profit...by those who own their very souls? That is what true freedom is all about! The freedom for anyone who can afford it to form cliques and for every government to be as much of an oligarchy as any other. Or as Francis Scott Key once wrote "...to see the bombs bursting in air" in some far away land to give prove to the night that the superior race of the "free and the brave' can expect to be supported by the moms and dads of their own children they have raised to be suicide bombers with superior firing power so they can do anything they want as the family back home watches the proverbial sports show during every family holiday and get together.
