For those who have read the info on the AFRIMERICAN.info website,you know of the various acts of subterfuge going on in relation to the term "Afrimerican', and my claims regarding same.
In describing the various acts to differnt associates, I was told I could be under some type of COINTELPRO type inquistion, and when I looked COINTELPRO up on the Internet, I was shocked because the tactics described are exactly what I experience.
I have been writing various government agencies that are legally mandated to address illegal acts , and as yet, nothing has been done. In fact, it seems the illegal acts have increased.
I have written the Western region Postal Inspector, and the National Postmaster General, and while they have not responded directly, the indirect response is my business and personal mail is now being opened before I get it, or returned to sender, or delivered days late. Additionally, the similar acts are happening with letters I mail, except it gets delivered after being opened. The following is the most recent letter to the Western District Postal Inspector.

Dear Post Office Manager, Inspector, Postmaster General;
The Postal Inspector for this district has been informed of mail tampering in the form of a fraudulent Change of Address by a company named Corporation Service Company and The California Secretary of State Office per the mail for the company “AFRIMERICAN”.
This is written because there has also been incidents of personal mail tampering per my home address.
Over the past year there has been numerous incidents of some form of mail tampering resulting in mail not being delivered, or not delivered on time per the time frame of the mail content, and the date initially mailed. Such mail usually ended up being returned to sender, then resent, and/or rerouted to various cities before delivery.
This letter is being written you to insure future mail addressed to Bruce Ameil Williams, at xxxxxxxxxxxx, Los Angeles, Ca., and/or to AFRIMERICAN, P.O. Box xxxxxx, Los Angeles, Ca. 9004 be delivered promptly, and unadulterated.
