There is already major updates in cable and T1 internet and stuff so I dont think we will need this.

I have been thinking that if things get bad enough (in terms of free speech), possibly another Internet (probably a wide-area intranet) could be established for the free exchange of information. Has anyone had any ideas similar to this? Comments? Feel free to post...
