Civil Lies and Civil rites? No

I believe that civil liberties are religious things, you are allowed to do. However, civil rights are bogus things, we as american can do, where the law is explicit. Here's why this is said, we all love our dogs, family and friends, so we use this civil right and civil liberty thing to cover everyone but ourselves. For a cause it can never be applicable in a county court and maybe sometimes in a federal court, it depends on who the opponent is. At this point you are providing collateral and security, to strangers around the world, to hear your civil liberties or civil rights. See none of the municipalities are owned by the people of this country, but are owned by other countries around the world. Now you know why so many communities are poor and disgusting. Money goes out but not to that community. Maybe we should require a percentage of the revenues gained be reinvested in the community where civil liberty and civil rights are enforced.
