Community School?
Do you remember which program that was? Title? broadcasting dates? It would be helpful for us to find what program that was if we had that info.

Community School?
I really can't remember the title or date. The staff at FSTV has been trying to help me all day, they are great folks. I have also contacted the Utah school board they couldn't remember it either and gave me the school buildings project man to call, but he's out till Monday. The other possibility is that I watched it on my "second favorite" channel, Link TV. They haven't responded to me yet.
I'm really hoping to get a copy of that show. It would make repeating their success here so much easier. I'm sure I'll find it sooner or later.

I'm helping start a community charter school in Boone, NC. I saw a show on FSTV once about a few towns that had wonderful projects take place which had great effects. One of them was a Community Center/School in Utah (I think). They couldn't get funding for the school alone, so someone came up with the idea of sharing the building with the community as a community center thats used by everyone, not just students. The area uses it for meetings of all sorts, the auditorium for entertainment, the cafateria for dinners, the classes for continueing ed, quilting bees, bingo, etc, etc.
Anyway I really need to get a copy of that show. It would do wonders for getting everyone in our community to share the vision of what we could do. If you can help you will be doing a wonderful thing for us.
