Drugs in Venezuela: The Inside Story with Paul DeRienzo

Dr. Zulema Cendon is a director of the Venezuelan Society of Psychiatry and currently director of a public drug treatment center in Caracas. She was in Washington, D.C. on February 15, 2008 with Dr. Rosalía Dávalos to discuss working with addict and self help groups in the United States. In the following days Paul DeRienzo visited Caracas, Venezuela and met with treatment professionals and government representatives to observe the workings of the Bolivarian revolution.
