Everybody's Kitchen, Feeding the Bayou

It's okay when they (the governmnet) tells ME what I can watch or listen to(CRTC controls that)and it's okay when you tree huggers want to ban smoking from OUR own vehicles and homes. NOT to mention who can or can't sell tobacco products. LIKE that will make a hell of a big difference in the scheme of things.
Lets see now...If your kids take drugs is it because they sell it in a drug store? OR because of who he/she hangs out with? Or because of a disfunctional environment? Or all of the above? I'ts the same damn thing with smoking. Either you will smoke or you won't smoke. NO one is ever a LITTLE BIT pregnant..Has nothing to do with who sells tobacco products or where tobacco products are sold..It's just MORE control for you tree huggers. You have no honour. But you're really big on whining when it comes to full circle.

It's also okay that we have the MILK MARKETING
BOARD,THE EGG MARKETING BOARD,AND THE WHEAT MARKETING BOARD AND GOD ONLY KNOW HOW MANY OTHER GOVERNMENT CONTROL BOARDS.
But when it's something that doesn't suit you all...ONLY when it suddenly applies to what YOU want will it then make a big bloody difference..Well you can't have it both ways. YOU are the ones who gave them all this power over the years..Did you think there was a line drawn in the sand as to the limits of where to stop GOVERNMENT controls? You give them (the government)an inch they will take the whole arm. It begs the question, how many of you complained about the agricultural control boards and how unfair it is to the farmer that they are allowed to produce products only according to government guide lines? End of discussion. And no I am NOT a farmer. But wrong is wrong.
Do you know how many eggs or how much milk is wasted because of those very restrictions? Ever try to tell a chicken to NOT lay an egg? or the cow to not produce milk? Or tell the wheat farmer he has to much yield per acre?
You want to exercise YOUR mighty arm in SOME areas but NOT all areas..I't must be the flavour of the day for all of you. Now suddenly it just might apply to your lives. You can't give the Canadian government power in SOME areas, then try to tell them they don't have power over other areas..That's just plain dillusional on your part. WE are a communistic country, always have been. YOU...YES YOU have been so busy telling smokers (LIKE ME) that I can't smoke here of buy smokes there. That you forgot it's a two way street. The wheel always goes FULL circle.
You created the beast now LIVE with it. You are the first to yell and scream and when it comes to other things that are really none of your business. LIKE my smoking.
I have seen first hand persons who jumped on the 'NO smoking band wagon' come to a rodeo drinking and driving many many many times. And WAYYYYYYY past the legal limit.
I hope they pass this law. Let that be a lesson to all those who just love to CONTROL other people's lives and control what they do in this world that is LEGAL. Some of you remind me of the OLD MAID peeking through her curtains to see what all her neighbours are up to, you all need to get a life of your own..when you're ready to die for me let me know. I will give you control of MY life. You have been CONTROL freaks, and for no other reason than to control what I do or don't do. Your reasons for your control has absolutely NOTHING TO DO WITH BEING NOBLE. Other than to control..You just don't like that OUR government might control what you do.
