Journals: Online diaries. It is kind of a personal blog that you write day-to-day experiences, social commentary, complaints, poems, prose, illicit thoughts and any content that might be found in a traditional paper diary.

Podcasting usually refers to an audio file you can subscribe to and download over the Internet for playback on mobile devices and personal computers. A podcast can be created, shared, downloaded and listened to. In our community podcasting, you can subscribe to other members' audio files automatically delivered to your computer as they are published. How to Create a Podcast.
RSS is a simple XML-based system that allows users to subscribe to their favorite contents on the web.
In order to subscribe other members' audio podcasts:
1. Go to the member's page by clicking its IDs.
2. Click "listen to audio files" under the member's audio section on the page.
3. Right click on the "RSS Feed" button to get the link property and copy/paste the link address on your RSS Feeder on your computer. Download free RSS Feeder here!
Vlog, a shortened term for videoblog, combining video, web, and log, is a blog that includes video. Quality original contents will be selected to air on Free Speech TV.
Forums, a facility for holding discussions, is essentially composed of a number of member-written threads.
Community User forum: Post your questions and concerns using FSTV community site on our Community User Forum. Our staff and experienced users will be able to answer these questions.
Subject Category: Tagging and Categorization of Your Contents
Please choose at least one term/keyword that matches with your contents for Subject Category field on your content entry form. Separate each term with comma. Here are the examples: Culture, Class, Education, Gender, Sexuality, Politics, International, Personal, Middle East, Iraq, Labor, Activism, Movement, Environment, Peace, War, Globalization, Imperialism, Media, Sustainable Development,Human Rights, etc.
The sensible and appropriate tags on your contents will allow people to find your contents by using those category terms.
What is "my buddy list?"
"My Buddy list" will allow you to add other FSTV Community members as your buddies so you could see their recent posts list when you logged in. You can also see who added you as their buddy by clicking my buddy list on the top left corner of the navigation.
How Do I Vote on Content?
To vote for a video/audio or journal entries, you need to be logged in to Free Speech TV Community. If you don't have an account, you can sign up for free. Once you're logged in, just
click on the (up/down) arrows next to each journal/video/audio entry.
What are the acceptable input formats for content?
This site allows HTML content. While learning all of HTML may feel intimidating, learning how to use a very small number of the most basic HTML "tags" is very easy. Read more about examples for each tag and format that is enabled on this site: Compose Tips
What are Uploadable Media formats and Size Limits on Free Speech TV community?
1. Audio File formats -mp3, ogg, wma Size limit: 10MB
2. Image File formats: gif, jpg Size limit -500k
3. Video links: You can upload your link that contains your video.
Note: Video files upload will be available in the near future.
Audio Publishing
In general, creating audio consists of five steps:
1. Record your audio
2. Transfer your audio file to your computer
3. Optional step: Edit your audio with audio-editing software
4. Optional step: Optimize your audio for playback on the Web
5. Share your audio file with the world by uploading it to our community.

Can I submit a Video?
We encourage you to submit your existing video link to our site. To submit a video link, login and click on "create content" on the top of the left navigation bar and click on "video." You'll see the fields that you need to fill out and the more info you can supply the better.
Where can I find a free video hosting site?
Free Speech TV Vlog links can use a lot of bandwidth on the sites that they link to. There are a few ways to address this problem. You can try using a free video uploading site like archive.org, revver.com, YouTube or video.google.com to host your video. Quality original contents will be selected to air on Free Speech TV.
Can I upload video directly to Free Speech TV community?
Free Speech TV community is planning to provide the functionality for our members in the near future. Currently our vlog is in an Alpha stage and we’re planning to launch our Beta sometime in the near future, which will allow all of our members to directly upload their videos via our site.

Can you tell me why these post are not front and center since this adminstration does so much injustice from human rights violation, usurpation of tribal governments, Geniocide and excessive cruel and usual punishment to prisoners, illegal taxation by illegal deeds...etc. Who said the "Works Progress Administration does not exist?

Two video post please remove first post
Will you assist me with removal of the first post "A Time To Laugh" the second post has the video but I did not know how to get the video to show on page. If you can put video on page that would be great! otherwise delete the first post and leave the second...this is very funny!!! Thanks for your help.

May I draw your attention to the video "Vaccination - The Hidden Truth"? Regarding the recent events in Maryland where parents who refused to have their children vaccinated are faced with prison sentences.
Vera Scheibner MD and other medical doctors and scientists prove that the dogma of the medical establishment that vaccinations are safe is not true. Cases of Sudden Infant Death are usually considered as a coincidence, even if they happen on the day of a vaccination. Many parents have been jailed for allegedly causing Shaken Baby Syndrome, while all evidence points to side effects of vaccination of a babies that have been suffering from an infection at the time of the vaccination. The Baby Dylan case in Australia is described by his father who was lucky to be found innocent by a judge who tried to find the truth.

Uploading personal pictures in your profile
Go to "My Account" from left side navigation bar from the community front page. Select "edit" tab from the top menu on your account page, then using the "Upload picture" option on the form, you can browse images on your computer and upload an image. Currently we don't have a chat functionality, which we hope to provide in the near future. You can check out other members' profiles by clicking their user name on their posts and add them as your buddies. Once they become your buddies, you can see their content updates via "My buddylist," etc.
It would help if the ability to change passwords was listed.
I found out how to change my password, and it was through the normal editing function. I just wish you would provide a clue, and prevent possible confusion. Thanks.

I like the fact that you noted, as I did, that there is no statement on FAQ on how to change the password. You said you learn that it was an editing function. Great! Sad to say, thought, I have no clue what that means and I would like to change my password. Please send me the steps I must take to achieve this small endeavor. I have added you to my buddy list because I don't know who can help me with this little item of interest to me. I apologize if this step of adding you to my buddy list without your permission is wrong on my part I do not mean to offend you but rather I want to thank you for your observation we hold in common and for whatever kind respond and assistance you maybe able to offer. hmmm that's strange... I played it from the page and also downloaded the video. I think it just takes a bit long to transfer data from the source before it starts to play. Downloading was pretty fast though.

I think it might be a good idea to have some kind of automated system that can be used to add links to their journals and comments. Some people know html but lots don't.
I'm sure you have lots on your plate, but something to consider.

I've been watching your brodcasts on Direct TV now for quite a long time. I've been very intrigued by the documenteries
the one about Oil on Ice I found amazing I think its the first time I ever heard Peter Coyote narrates He gives the subject a conscience as well as a heart. You are one of the few networks that carry his narrations where they are not heard on corperate TV. And I think its been rather interesting to watch Exxon divorce themselves with their pristeen ads from the terrible damage they have done and have done nothing about. Keep on kicking!
