FSTV 'Off Air' on the Dish network

I did a 'Power-on Switch' re-set of my reciever and I also un-lugged the reciever to force the reciever to re-aquire the satelite and re-download the program quide information. In total, I did 4 'Downloads' of the Dish Program Guide'. After doing all that the Program Gide still listed FSTV & Link TV as being 'Off Air' while actually being on. I checked other channels and their respective Program Guide listings and found no other anomalies. The Program Guide was deceptive AND at approximately 2:55am BOTH Link TV & FSTV actually WENT 'Off Air'. I checked back periodically and after an hour or so both FSTV & Link TV were BACK 'On Air'. BUT the Progam Guide still listed BOTH as being 'Off Air". I called Dish network again (while both were 'Off Air')and the person I talked to knew nothing about Link TV or FSTV being LISTED as 'Off Air or BEING 'Off Air'. It seems very suspicious to me. Especialy while FSTV is doing a membership drive. I know it was in the middle of the night, but there are many night people. Many industries run 3 eight hour shifts 24/7 and that causes many people to function at night. I did for years.
Could this be a test by a corporate own satelite system to play games with 'un-controlled media'??? Could this be an intimitation of FSTV and Link TV???
I think there should be attention brought to this. It seems strange that it was ONLY FSTV and Link TV that this was happenng to. SOMEBODY caused this to happen!!!!! Who & Why????

I have dish network too and recently a hell of a lot of channels were listed as "off the air". Some of them you could still watch but others were just a black screen. It's possible that your system hasn't updated and that could be the problem, it was for me I never seem to let it search for new info. What i have listed from 1-6 is "Best of free speech tv" til 5 and "democracy now" from 5-6. So unless the problem has been universal and solved, it's your system. Make sure you let your system update regularly. That's what they told me anyhow and it's worked.

The Dish network Program Guide had BOTH FSTV (9415) & Link TV (9410)as gong 'Off Air' all night on Tuesday Feb 13. FSTV from 1:00am till 6:00am ....Link TV from 2:00am till 7:00am. At approximately 2:55am Tues, Feb 13 BOTH FSTV & Link TV actually went 'Off Air'. I called Dish Ntwork to inquire and was eventually able to talk to a technician. As I finished explaining what I thought was a possible serious issue.... the call was ended prematurely wihout any comment and NOT BY ME.
Anybody have any info or thoughts about this suspicious action by Dish network????
