Group Owner/Moderator Privileges
When this site first came online, we used a program called Geeklog™ It was soooooooooooo cool. Not only did we as Jr. Admins have total control over our respective groups, but it was a million times better than Drupal™.
However, I think they were having problems with cross platform applications. Also I think it was less secure, but as long as we were diligent in the proper maintainance of our groups,it really never became a problem!
Geeklog™ had individual forum plug-ins, map and calendar plug-ins that were seperate from the main groups. Features like polls, individual hit counters, individual control panels for group admins etc. etc.
If we were ever to take a vote... ...I would vote to go back to Geeklog™ as our main groups platform.
If the Sr. admins had more astringent application and screening processes, we could better manage the site with little or no risk like before.
I group creators had to register without anonimity, then we would all be held accountable if we used the site for any illegal, illicate and/or abusive activities.

Please give those of us who create/own/moderate groups here administration privileges for their respective groups! I had these privileges for a short time, and now they have disappeared again! What is that all about? On any other site, if I create a group/forum, I have the administration privileges that belong to that group....why do I not have these privileges here on the fstv community? Please restore my group administrative privileges so I can manage my group & it's subscribers appropriately.
