What the does legal have to do with it? And honestly, since when has any law ever stopped anyone from doing what ever they were intent on doing...no matter what it was? But even more to the point, when has any written "law" ever been anything more than the codification of already unwritten prejudices and the ATTEMPT to legitimatize injustice...and I am not talking here about any laws governing motherfucking traffic violations!
