Court: Lionel Tate must stay in prison

The Fourth District Court of Appeal has upheld a 30-year prison sentence for Lionel Tate for violating his probation, his attorney said.

Today the Tribal Council for the Hunter Tsalag-
Choctaw Tribe of Florida, decided to compose a letter to congressman Allen Boyd and Mel Martinez, requesting an audience. This is an attempt to get a dialogue going between congress and our tribal council to help our nation.

As a Choctaw member of the Hunter Tsalagi-Choctaw Tribe of Florida, I believe it is very important for our Nation to have a voice regarding the media.
To-date, many things have taken place with members of our tribe, Forced colonization which violates constitutional law, 28 USCA 1360; Forced assimilation by denial of our culture, identity, status, and rights;
