Freedom – I read much on here by people about freedom. Free Speech TV. We bandy the word freedom about quite (excuse the repetitive usage) freely. But overall, I have given a large part of my life over to examinations of freedom in usage and reality, and what I see is that our definitions are a HUGE part of the problem. In watching the 60 Minutes report of Rick Berman (sp?) whom they called Dr. Evil, I was struck by how many of the things supported by the folks at FSTV, or by Democrats, Hippies, etc. are so “un-free”, and many things that are quite EVIL are very very FREE. So, how do we figure out if something represents the right kind of freedom?

I have watched FSTV pretty faithfully for a few years now, and I have always been somewhat the philosopher among those who know me, and so this journal is an interesting idea for me.
