Good topic Chista, today I found that justice is dead...
Everything was decided by the judge ahead of time, I'm guilty and have two weeks until sentencing. Well at least the max is only 6 months for possession and 90 days for paraphernalia, untold fines and fees probably plus probation for the rest of my life. The Nazi had my original bail set at $250,000 so I guess I should feel lucky. Also I have this time to write an appeal. I could have paid a $150 county ordinance violation which other people have received but that too was stricken from the record they have an IN GOD WE TRUST plaque on the wall there in the court house maybe while I'm in Jail the ACLU can get the fascist NAZI bad spawn to take that piece of theocracy down.
Let's face it survival of the fittest has it that hypocrite prohibitionist sow pigs climb to the top of the money god chain from hell. George W. Bush, Newt Gingrich, Hillary Clinton, John Edwards and all of the rest all of the ignorant pieces of wasted sperm who smoked pot and are prohibitionists will continue making our constitution void. Juries will not get to hear claims of unconstitutionality even if you file all the notices and claims. 94 million Americans who have smoked marijuana can't be wrong only 770,000 a year like me are and suffer the consequences of a fascist state and a void constitution. I still think a jury trial is the only possible answer and I'm glad I stood there and pretended to have my day in court.
Okay I tried! There is nothing any body can do accept except that we are neutered slaves that have no choice but to allow our minds and bodies to be controlled by fascist Nazi sow pigs that are so miserable that they don't even know how to love themselves let alone other humans and the planet that nourishes us all. Yes none of us anti-prohibitionist have any money because the satan worshippers have taken it all to control the oil by selling weapons to our enemies and then more to us tax payers to have our young people kill countelss other innocent humans in Gods name.
Okay I'll stop...
I'm not in a good mood but I have to get in one so I can spend $195 dollars and write an appeal.

A seventeen year old, described as a "good student" was convicted of, well, nobody really seems to be sure, after having consentual sex with a 15 year old girl. 10 years and a completely ruined life for something most of us did and took for granted. And they say the courts are liberal. Just another example of the American injustice system. Another kid who when he gets out will more than likely be violent. I really love Neo-America, don't you?

Justice does not exist any more in our country. The authorities will do what they want and do not abide by the law, they make up their own and if you happen to step on some ones toes you can very easily be prosecuted for a crime you did not commit and wind up in prison for years. I know several such cases where they made up interviews without a complaining party, falsified documents by altering them, secreting evidence of innocense to be able to convict and deny the person a good defence and a fair trial. Something has to be done, no one is save. You could easily be next. One such person had called in a complaint against a young man and a 15 year old. The 15 year old was complaining of being pregnant by him still doing drugs, alcohol and mutiple sex parties. Problem was that the complainee didn't know who he was turning in. It was the son of a very prominent citizen in a small town and that had to be covered up. So everything was turned around against him and he wound up in prison for reporting a sex crime. There was no evidence against him except lies. He was not even in the state for half the time they complained about him and they had no complaining party for the charge they endicted him on. It goes on and on like that. The DA stood in open court and lied her bud off. She denied having the documentation to proof that this person did not do the crime, she claimed big surprise. Those same documents she was ordered to release to him almost 3 years after the conviction and he is still fighting for his freedom because now that perjuring DA is a perjuring Judge. She had to testify as a judge from the witness stand at an MAR Hearing and contradicted the trial judge completeley who also testified. Nice times we live in when the taxpaying citizen has no constitutional or human rights left in this country, but we go to other countries and dictate to them what they need to do for their country and their citizens. We are looking for people to stand up and help bring our justice system back to the people. One person alone can not do that, we need help. I have all the evidence to back up everything I say and more. The prisons are over croudet. There are too many innocent people being held in them. We need help to change that and saveguard every citizen in this country from the new Witch Hunt.
