Where are the good people of America like Hannity of Fox news, Rush, Savage, U.S Attorney, and President Barack Obama along with Nelson Mandela?

Do they care about the "Pit Bulls" being held and treated in this manner? The Honorable Judge Hugh Lawson cared but what happened to his court order Civil Action #89-54-VAL (Now Expired), decision in June 1997?

Why these suffering animals are left to suffer for two decades without adequate attention from local, state, and federal government coming in and seeing about these animals. How sad?

NOTE: In early 2004, Valdosta City Mayor and Council had an old 1960 Valdosta City Charter posted outside the Municipal Court Room and City Hall that read in Para 100, Section XI, before it was reluctantly removed to UNKNOWN LOCATIONS.

“THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL, THEY SHALL PASS ALL PROPER AND NECESSARY LAWS AND ORDINANCES FOR THE CONTROL OF SLAVES AND FREE PERSONS OF COLOR IN SAID TOWN AND SUPPRESS AND ABATE ALL NUISANCES ARRIVING FROM HOGS, DOGS, HORSES, OR OTHER STOCK STRAYING AT LARGE IN SAID TOWN, OR FOR OTHER CAUSES."

Then at the Valdosta City Council Meetings at 5:30 on May 5, 2005, 15 law abiding citizens were arrested and taken to the Valdosta/Lowndes County Jail (Held over night) for addressing their elected officials on renaming a park that was named after a many who denied Blacks to enter the park and swim. He had it closed and the pool was covered up as I understand it rather than admit Blacks into the park. This park is in a community that over 90% Black.

So we all must ask if the 1860 Valdosta City Charter is still being used to suppress and abate local citizens in Valdosta today?
