Management Training

After reading tons of "Management Training" books recommended by employers, friends, etc., I just found one that's actually very realistic and good.

It's called "Would You Work for You?" by a Canadian author. It comes from the viewpoint that managers and executives are not infallible and need to see the workplace from the employee's point of view. The book is full of guidelines for the manager to examine himself, get to understand his management style, and learn how to show empathy towards the workers.

Everybody should by a copy and put on his bosse's desk.
