Is this world so devoid of Inspiration?
Do you like to work with a boss who puts you down and negates you? Is this a productive environment for you? Do you work better in the negative?
Or do you work and produce more in an environment where you are considared valuable, worthy with something that you add to your environment?
Which is better for you?
I have found most People work better in a Positive environment and far more gets done in a more harmonious way.
Why do we have to persist in the negative so much when it is known that the postive works so much better?
I was hoping to hear good, heartwarming, inspiring stories-are there none then?
it is the positive that builds-
can we learn to build?
or do we just want to stay in the negative and eternally talk about but not do?
Let me know.

Inspiration found to be counteractive to society's narccisism
For anyone who has been on a team, worked for a company or ventured down any of life's sybolic "highschool hallways", one thing may have been made very obvious...there are people not only willing, but driven to step on you for their own betterment.
Call it Darwinian if you must, but the negativity that most people work around these days is a product of a couple of generations buying into the idea that rubbish like title, salary, station and outward appearance are all key factors involved in summing up who one is.
The pithless, shallow and detructive nature of those attempting to lead this nation in every venture from political office to assistant manager is a product of being told that if you look a certain way, have certain things and in no way offer a helping hand or fair playing ground to peers unless there is a vast amount to gain, you will go far, and if you don't, you are a faceless number in the doomed masses.
The air created is one of a highschool cafeteria/prison yard hybrid in the workplace. Your boss wants the best out of you, but only to the point where your accolades and results do not begin to threaten their station. People placed in project teams loose site of the common goal so quickly in favor of self glorification even by means of accentuation of others errors, that productivity is lost from the outset. Many say that makes for a healthy competetive work atmosphere and to a degree I would tend to echo that theory, but the overall cloud of negativity and ruthlessness that it hangs of a situation or environment make it enough for me to be a freelance journalist....
Yours respectfully,
Malcolm
