Blue: Q:What does this case tell the "good cops"? A:they can get away with murder.
In most states if a private citizen is being robbed or even physically attacked in their own home and they use deadly force, they will be held criminaly at fault. So persons supposedly trained to keep the peace and are paid to uphold the constitution should be held to standards at least as high as private citizens. I find the crime of the judge every bit as disturbing as the crime of the officers.
As far as your victim of a crime theory goes Blue, the worst crimes done to me in my entire life were done to me by police officers and there was not a dam thing I could do about it, and I'm a white man! Oh, and then a punk 250 lb kid beat the shit out of 165 lb me for no reason other than maybe because he thought I was a "LIBERAL" and I went to the cops who laughed at me. I reported some things stolen, that I had reciepts for, to the cops, they did nothing.
Liberal, like ah, stands for liberty, and by the way the people you seem to have such a distaste for now happen to call themselves PROGRESSIVES. Republican stands for republic as in Union of Soviet Socialist REPUBLICS and People's REPUBLIC of China. If that is not rational enough for your understanding look up republic, republican etc. in the dictionary. You will find a republic gives SUPREME AUTHORITY to elected and selected officials. I may be a liberal;I may be a progressive and I may even be a democrat, but I for one will never ever be a republican. Now Mr. Blue if you can please explain to me what conservative means and how that relates to the cops using 50 bullets to kill an unarmed man, I may consider your comments and opinions to be somewhat tangible.
For one I have no problem with someone shooting some lazy idiot who break into anther persons home. I favor concealed weapon permits.
I am sorry you have had some bad expriences with the police. We all have at some point in are lives but you need to quit complaining and move on.
Conservatives believe in less government, lower taxes, and believe the main role of the government is to provide security.
Another quetion I have for you is do you have a job or do you sit at home complain and collect welfare aka my tax dollars?

You are defending cops shooting an unarmed person to the point I almost believe you are one. If that is true it is my tax dollars that pay for your donuts! Ya, the government is sure doing a good job at securing profits for Halliburton and the Black Water boys. They lowered taxes and raised subsidies for the oil barrens whose security is mighty important to Bush. Consevatives only like killing babies after they come out of the womb? Now that is security! Move on(dot org?), look the other way, eat alot of donuts, maybe conservatives are not that bad?

I have nothing against the soldiers who are fighting the war, in fact I am a veteran, so do not try to say I do not support our troops. The good hard working honorable enlisted men and woman who are risking thier lives for "their" country (their being the people mentioned above), if they are lucky enough to be E-4 make less than $1900 a month. If you were or are a veteran you can go to military.com and look this up. 1.9 k per month adds up to 22.8 thousand per year. How many years would they have to fight to make Eric Prince's million or what ever he secretly makes from our tax dollars? When you look at how the republican "conservatives" are securing money for the war profiteers, unless you are in on the take, you should thank me for the facts I have supplied you with and start conserving something for the soldiers and yourself by helping us progressives get the theiving lying war monger oil barron criminals out of our highest office.

That's a fine joke. It took a little while for me to actually find the humor, but when it manifested itself, I almost pissed myself while laughing uncontrollably and all the while I am sober.
How exactly would you define the word "life"? I've seen people promoting ignorance before but usually they're on a network news channel or some silly radio talk show. It's rare that you find something like that on a progressive site such as this one. Are there bad police officers? Yes. There are bad people in all professions. However, the majority of police officers are good people who just go to work and do there job. I feel it is unfortunate when something bad happens it makes all cops look bad.
I am not saying the NYPD officers who shot the guy where right. I am not going to say they were wrong because I was not there.

I heard about this case and was completely disappointed by the lack of support of minorities that are victimized by police. The judge was a racist, he included the rap-sheets of the witnesses in his decision and he completely disregarded the 50 bullets and the numerous bullets in the mans back as he was trying to leave his car. Those police even reloaded on his ass!!! Its only a matter of time before people get tired of this kind of shit and it will be all out warfare with the racist cops.
These pigs shot an unarmed man over 50 times. The judge may have acquitted the SS Nazi cops but he himself is now on trial. This person whoever he is, is not fit to judge nobody, he is already in hell, Sean's blood drips from his lips. The system is on trial for forcing a kangaroo judge trial rather than a jury trial in this case. The spawn masquerading as humans who are in charge of our nation want all the people to know that they can kill you or me at any time and get away with it. Are we the people going to be scared, mad, or are we going to organize? We all share the same genome as people, we will no longer let these elitist pond scum divide us on race. When you realize that while our junta of a government says only one hundred some thousand Iraqis were killed because of an illegal war, the rest of the world says our government has killed over a million, then you will realize that Sean died in the same war. If these people stay in a motel, every person working there must walk off the job. Their housekeepers must quit, their waiters must not wait. The money such people have stolen from us by voiding our constitution is tainted. If you take this money you are tightening the noose around your own neck.
