The Money Revolution
....
I wonder
how many people in the US naively believe that this government spending too much money rebuilding other countries.. The US government and its army never put its resources or efforts for that kind of purpose. Rebuilding Iraq by killing hundreds of thousand civilians?
They only work for profits and interest of major US corporations. They don't care about real people in the US or in any other countries. They never had! They only serve a couple of super power rich CEOs in major corporations.
Almost Equal
I agree that there is enough to go around for all Americans to live equally, but I contend that the lifestyle Americans gratify contradicts equality among the foreign peoples of the world. The standard of living in America that these people are requesting does not consider the vampirism of the resources and lives of people in third world countries that is required to sustain such a machine. When Americans go to the store and buy a four dollar clock radio, they probably would not stop to consider how many adolescents died, or how many trees and animals were manipulated or consumed to create such a unspectacular and disposable peice of trash. So, when we ask for equality as Americans to benefit ourselves, will we also be strong enough to ask for equality as Earthlings when the weak come in turn to us and ask us to give up our comparatively spectacular accomodations?
