Prisoners of War and Enemy Combatants

Let me begin with the truth about these Rendition Programs.
Many of the individuals that are in these prisons and concentration camps are there illegally and unlawfully.

Some of these individuals are Sovereign citizens of Indian Nations and Sovereigns citizens of other countries, which have not been given due process according the Constitution of the United States of America and the Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act of 1976.

There have been bail bonds invented which is held on Wall Street in which the public has invested. These bail bonds are illegal debt instruments according the the United States COnstitution.

Also, many of these Individuals have been placed in these Rendition programs as acts of War or Occupations by County Commissioners which are Military Commissions which are not authorized by Congress nor the Indian Nations in commerce. See Title 28 USC 1360.

So the Renditions programs violates the Red Cross discussion on the Laws of Occupation and Who has the authority to give entry into Sovereign Nations Terrority and Countries.

As a moral state, the Rendition programs are unlawful and criminal in those compelled or complicity in its implementation.

How do you return individuals back to there Nations and Countries without those nations and countries feeling as though they are being infiltrated or that the torture done by the military employees and military commissions, made them reveal things only that individual would know in the protection and security of his or her Country or Nation.

It is stated Torture is criminal and those compelled or complicit should be held liable for their actions.

These Rendition and Extraordinary Rendition programs shall be held unlawful and illegal, for any Moral state to participate in against any individual whether a Sovereign citizen or STATE CITIZEN or Foreign.
Just the other day the CNN reported a United Nations Official was kidnapped, it appears to be the same act of Rendition.

Here is a suggestion to President Obama, meet with each of the Nations governing body or United Nations delegate of those Prisoners of War and Enemy Combatant, have them each sign a declaration that will guarantee they will not torture their citizens upon return or at anytime, now or in the future,
and with that agreement it also should absolve the United States from any complicity in any torture upon return to their country. This may mean close down Mr. Hoovers family legacy.

After which the United States shall never again perform nor be compelled or complicit to act in Rendition nor Extraordinary Rendition programs in this Indian Nations or other Countries, which are moral states too.

At this point the United States can now go back to the drawing board an implement a better way to apprehend individuals that have been indicted with serious criminal backgrounds such as Murder, Rape, and Organized Corruption and Fraud.

Again this shall be another step to becoming a Moral state for all the world to see.
