Privatization of the Earth, Air, Fire and Water: Oil or Air Car?

Today Rep. John Duncan, R-Tennessee said that it must be the “radical wealthy environmentalists who can afford these high prices for gas and oil” and that the radical environmentalists oppose oil drilling because they are wealthy. Isn’t that some strange logic, I guess the only environmentalist he’s ever met is Al Gore?.
It would never cross his mind that those of us who live without running water or electricity while you drill oil and mine coal from our land don’t want what he is offering.

Naomi Klein points out that it is in the midst of a crisis, that the corporations will get the government and the people’s compliance to their corporate greed driven objectives. We do not need more gas and oil, after all, you do have the technology for the air car. The MDI air car will be on the market next year, but it seems that France, India, Australia and about one and a half million other people know about it. http://www.theaircar.com/acf/

From a Bear’s perspective, you two leggeds might like to read David Korten’s article in which he writes: "We humans have arrived at a defining moment. We must bring ourselves into balance with one another and Earth or suffer the consequences of social and environmental collapse. It creates a unique opportunity for bold action to end war as an instrument of foreign policy, convert to a peace economy, and create a world that works for all." We bears, know that you are buying and selling control over natural resources that if you think about it are everybody’s, yes every species on this planet. You have allowed the land, fire (oil) and water to be privatized, ie bought and sold. You are the only species I know of that denies one of your own species your birthright to water, shelter, food and fire based on who can pay or not. Now if you build an air car, do not allow the air to be privatized. If you do then there will be control of the earth, air, water, and fire, all the sacred elements of life it’self on this planet. Think about it!

My recommendation it that you wake up from your nightmare, don’t give in, stay strong, stop shopping and stop believing the lies, after all many of my friends here in the Land of Enchantment, Home of the Atomic Bomb have been “Fighting Terrorism Since 1492”.
