Mccain and like minded people keep bragging about the "success of the troop surge." They fail to mention that Iraq forces are being permited to enter areas such as Sadar city with the cease fire agreement that "NO AMERICANS" enter with them. This means that ending occupation is the actual success. Can anyone verify more "NO AMERICAN" cease fire agreements?
