This year marks the 40th anniversary of the famous Supreme Court case Tinker v. Des Moines when the court ruled in favor of students who had been suspended for protesting the Vietnam War.

The University of Delaware's Office of Residence Life used mandatory activities to coerce students to change their thoughts, values, attitudes, beliefs, and habits to conform to a highly specified social, environmental, and political agenda.

Perhaps the world can be divided into two camps: 1) those who fear carbohydrates; 2) those who fear capitalism.

Charter school will focus on homeland security

The first high school dedicated to preparing students for the front lines in the Nation's homeland security has gone from theory to planning in Wilmington.

While the overall dropout rate in Denver, Colorado had reached a whopping 8.5, not including alternative schools, DPS has been making positive changes to change the trend (0.3%) increase since 2004. The question is exactly why the students are not responding to the same teaching methods that have worked for decades.
