Death (Alleged Suicide), in theValdosta-Lowndes County Jail (19-25) Joel Smith, and how many more must die for whatever reasons?

Another inmate dead in the Valdosta-Lowndes County Jail: A 20 year old American Citizen allegedly committed suicide according to Captain J.D. yeager. Jailed Inmate Joel Smith, asked to be removed from his cell and while bing moved he allgedly hit another inmate and was immediately put in solitary confinement.
