Hurricane Ike

As residents in the wealthy, transient, neighborhoods of Galveston bitch & moan about being devastated while going out and immediately reBuying their lives with their money & insurance proceeds the Other Galveston stands strong, supporting each other in their attempt to get back to their poverty level lives.

The problem has been solved. Dharma returned 4 hour into being allowed to stay in the neighborhood after dark.

Thanks to all who called on my behave. Sorry to need your support. I was all alone down there and was far more terrorified of having them impound and inventory (keep) my home (bus) than I was about being arrested or shot.
