One day in the House of Representatives a bill was taken up appropriating money for the benefit of a widow of a distinguished naval officer. Several beautiful speeches had been made in its support. The speaker was just about to put the question when Crockett arose:

Ok, so free speech tv is doing another fund raising campaign....and while I understand that they need to raise $money$ to provide this really great alternative media resource....I am confused by a couple of things that seem to be in conflict, so if anyone here can explain the following I would appreciate it.
