The Constitution-Article 4 Section 3
The Choctaw Nation of Florida, Sovereignty
Submitted by Princess Bird on Mon, 2008-01-21 13:49.For the sake of Constitutional Law-Article 4 Section 3, the law of the land, this thing must be bought to light and a call for action made. Since another state has misapplied the law, a miscarriage of justice and does not act, we must act. Because of Fraudulent claims of eminient domain by other states/municipalities, to Indian land in Indian Country, some type of immediate enforcment must take. The constitution states, congress and the state already in existence, must come to an agreement before a new state or any state, becomes apart of another state, (Interpretation of the constitutional law). What has happened is aggression and forced oppression by another state, to the extent, the Choctaw People, must advocate on its own behalf. The lawyers work for the highest bidding state. I see this is not only a problem in Florida but Palestine, Iraq, Iran, and some parts of South America. For years, the Choctaw Nation in Florida, of Florida, have gone through many problems of human rights violations by other states; Choctaw people are given cruel and unusual punishments, colonization by other states; fraudulent certificates of birth by another state; geniocide by health departments and prisons by other states; Identity theft by other states in prisons classification, our flag, traditions, foods, culture...etc. To date many innocent people are still held in detention/solitary confinment for crimes not committed by them or abuses of discretion by other states judges.
Further, travel has been with held from the Choctaw American People, which are Correspondent Passports. Since they are American Nationals, the Choctaw People should not be forced to commit fraud in order to travel. After all, the roads are built with the natural resources from the Choctaw People land in Florida. Why should we pay?
Also, education is a problem, indoctrination of students giving them false Information, playing the race card by other states/universities. We know for a certainty, The Choctaw Nation is a Soverign Nation/State. the Seminoles are not sovereign in Florida. See our treaties An account of the relations between Spain and the Indian nations, by Jane M. Berry, with citations of various treaties, is in The Mississippi Valley Historical Review, III, 462-77. Two of the Spanish treaties, that with the Talapuche of June 1, 1784, Choctaw of May 14, 1790, are printed in American State Papers, Foreign Relations, I, 278-80. Texts (in Spanish) of three treaties made by Spain are in Serrano y Sanz, Espaha y los Indios Cherokis y Chactas (Seville, 1916), 82-92; these are a treaty with the Choctaw of July 14, 1784, a treaty with the Choctaw of May 10, 1793. In Documentos historicos de la Florida y la Luisiana (Madrid, 1912) is the text (in Spanish) of a treaty with the Choctaw of May 14, 1792 (436- 39).
My question to you, How Do You Negiotate with another State that participates and perpetuates oppression against an original state and does not keep its oath of allegience to the constitution?
The Choctaw People, met on the record to discuss some of the above issues with Senator Bill Nelson staff.
Senator Mel Martinez staff and Congressman Allen Boyd staff, did not respond to our request. We were told to take it up with the Governor, by Senator Mel Martinez staffer, Mr. Ross, stated he could not do anything.
"Overlook the Interest of Many for the Greed of the Few"
The Choctaw People believe this is the only voice we have "Free Speech TV". To make change and free our people and nation from states that have caused great harm to the Choctaw People Nation and sovereignty.
