U.S. Government Torture Victim is Seeking Asylum as a Refugee on Humanitarian Grounds in Canada.

PRESS STATEMENT: Black File 7001, Freelance Journalist inside the Federal Witness Protection Program [WitSec] as a Non-Criminal Federal Witness.

Black File 7001 is a work of investigative journalism that initially began in 1990 and was formalized as an academic prospectus in 1994. Since 1970 and beginning in 1999 for Lee Vin Bah, 1,080 American citizens, voluntary veterans of covert government service who are non-criminal federal witnesses and their families have been tortured through actionable offenses committed in political retribution by the agents and agencies of the U.S. Government under the Bush-Cheney Administration. Lee Vin Bah is a Victim of U.S. Government Torture, Terrorism, Political Retribution, Actionable Offenses, and Warrantless Wiretapping. Under the Bush-Cheney administration Lee Vin Bah’s Covert Status was Outed to serve as a Passive Sanction for the Assassination of an American Citizen and Former U.S. Intelligence Professional. A federal agent directly under the executive has threatened Lee Vin Bah with the invention of a criminal charge if he publishes a book.

The Federal Witness Protection Program is a deliberate misnomer and perversion of language that actuality conceals a clandestine government project predicated on CIA mind control experiments that began near the close of world war two. In 1946 the U.S. government imported one thousand six hundred Nazi war criminals brought to America during “Operation Paperclip” where they continue genocidal experiments that claimed the lives of over six million Jewish men, women and children in the concentration camps. The Federal Witness Protection Program is a torture experiment for non-criminal federal witnesses who unknowingly become the test subjects in a laboratory control sample for applying the evolved tactics of terrorism on a U.S. civilian population. The shadow government within the U.S. infrastructure has systematically expanded these techniques of torture and psyops terrorism to erode the individual sense of self-identity in human beings throughout American and the world from which to eventually perpetuate a global death camp society. Universally this constitutes a crime against humanity on a scale never previously recorded during human history.

Within the America that Lee Vin Bah defended, the constitutional substance of his U.S. citizenship has been spirited away and does not recognize equally entitled civil liberties or the inalienable human rights of a person. The U.S. Government has in effect deported Lee Vin Bah under the color of extraordinary rendition to a shadow nation where he remains enslaved and tortured as an invisible stateless person with less access to equality than a person who has entered the United States of America illegally to become part of the cheap labor pool. During covert government service, while in the line of duty, Lee Vin Bah was disabled from two traumas with one causing his death and an out of body experience before his recovery and subsequent relearning how to walk a second time. Since 1999, Lee Vin Bah has been unable to secure employment after submitting approximately three thousand job applications. This results from the political retribution and actionable offenses taken against Lee Vin Bah by the agents and agencies of the U.S. Government under the Bush-Cheney administration. The only verifiable work history that existed for Lee Vin Bah was a covert front business, which culpable agents of the U.S. Government punitively removed from the Social Security Administration’s computer system to leave only a blank screen with a name and social security number. Lee Vin Bah has always enjoyed working towards restoring the broken world and even remained employed to save innocent lives while recuperating from a major trauma. The only time that Lee Vin Bah was ever separated by an employer came after he and a group of coworkers attempted to form a labor union in the mid 1970s.

Under the Bush-Cheney administration goodness is punished and evil is rewarded:

After becoming a non-criminal federal witness and while recuperating from a second trauma accident that occurred three months prior to the completion of his FBI undercover group one investigation, Lee Vin Bah assisted the U.S. Department of Justice to criminally prosecute his first WitSec inspector J.D., a Deputy U.S. Marshal with the Federal Witness Protection Program. J.D. was sentenced to federal prison for the theft of nearly thirty thousand dollars in U.S. government funds. Later as a practice of psyops terrorism, torture and political retribution, the U.S. Government released J.D. as a federal felon and allowed him to stalk and later accost Lee Vin Bah while Bah was near death from cancer treatments. Lee Vin Bah is now three years past his cancer treatments without recurrence. Lee Vin Bah is not a felon, not a criminal and is unable to find meaningful employment or restore his life without a humanitarian intervention while being politically persecuted for his goodness. By comparison, J.D. the WitSec inspector is a felon, is a criminal, is culpable for actionable offences, and has been able to secure meaningful employment as a mortgage loan officer where he is processing the private financial records of American citizens. Under the Bush-Cheney administration goodness is punished and evil is rewarded.

From the moment Lee Vin Bah entered the Federal Witness Protection Program, J.D. and later other culpable agents of the U.S. Government began outing Bah’s covert status that with each count served to create a growing mortal threat environment that acts as a standing order and passive sanction for the assassination of an American citizen and former clandestine agent of the federal government with an active security clearance.

The Progressive Movement and the Democratic Congress:

Lee Vin Bah has made numerous attempts to communicate with the progressive movement and the Democratic Congress with all of their arguments against unconstitutional acts, warrantless wiretapping, extraordinary rendition, and the torture of American citizens and other innocent human beings around the world.

Only the Ed Schultz Radio Show has been communicating with Lee Vin Bah concerning an on air interview. The U.S. Democratic Congress, the list of Presidential Candidates and the majority of the progressive news media have failed to respond to multiple press statements requesting their assistance in the matter of Black File 7001. Not one media personality from any Air America Radio program or Democracy Now dot org has reached out to cover the Black File 7001 story that includes the evidence of torture, warrantless wiretapping, data mining, the electronic theft of intellectual property, sneak and peek searches, and more. While citing self-promotion as a violation of their rules and regulations, the Randi Rhodes Show on Air America Radio blocked Lee Vin Bah from publishing a segment from Black File 7001 on their message boards. With respect to the hostility exhibited by the Air America Radio program regarding self-promotion, it was Rambam, Maimonides; Rabbi Moshe ben Maimon, 1135-1204 C.E. who taught if I cannot speak for myself then who will speak for me and if not now then when.
