User lists?

Is there a way we could change the fields in the groups/subscribers lists so we could just go through and check them off?

Like in a web-mail account? I'm still unsubscribing spammers and approving/denying members one by one? It's taking forever.... ....We should be abled to go down the list and check a box to either approve or deny and do it all at once!
