I'm living on a fixed income in upstate NY. Does anyone know where I could lay my hands on a cheap WMD? I just don't feel safe leaving my house anymore with out one. And I need advice on how to make a preemptive attack on the old lady living next to me. I have intelligence reports that she has a WMD program and is going to attack me first if I don't attack her.
