The UN's High Commissioner of Human Rights Louise Arbour recently announced she is stepping down from her post after just one term. Speculation now is that her leaving is related to explosive new allegations concerning her time as Chief Prosecutor of the Rwanda Tribunal.

Classifications at detention facilities do not identify individuals properly during booking. This is fraud and Identity theft.

Here's why, anyone arrested can give any name or the arresting person can give false names or misspellings of the individual arrested. This needs to be changed, especially when you are a repeat offender.
