405. The turning point. (5/10/06)

In message #327." London bombing", I have pointed out in recent plots, Feds (DOJ, FBI, DEA) always planned terror attack to divert public attentions from the framed cases. All six warnings (April 2004, Mueller; June 2004, Mueller and Ashcroft; July 2004, Tom Ridge; August 2004, Tom Ridge; October 2004, FBI; January 2005, FBI) were about domestic terror.(except one was about HongKong.) First two were from the heads of DOJ and FBI. After I doubted how could DOJ take over the work of DHS to issue terror warnings, Tom Ridge temporarily gave two warnings. Then they let FBI do it in the name of plan and individual case.

Things change dramatically after February 2005. People might neglect one interesting phenomenon that they haven't been harassed by terror warning since then. The frequent orange code alarm disappeared for some time.

But I strongly feel the difference. I found the violence abroad replaced pre-terror warning. Now the events connected to the framed case were bombings in London. The air planes accidents in different countries. And the security alert was set by Interpol not FBI anymore. (see # 383. The cross murder deal (2/7/06))

FBI dominates domestic intelligence. How could it manipulate foreign events which belongs to CIA's domain? Does the DOJ expand its power? Yes, it does.

I noticed the turning point was in February 2005 when Bush nominated John Negroponte to be the Director of National Intelligence. After he is settled in, Negroponte aggressively took over many powers from the CIA.

I have said, "Israel controls D.O.J.. D.O.J. controls FBI. And FBI keep Americans under surveillance, include the Presidents." (see "295. Who controls D.O.J.? (3/7/05)") Now it is not only the FBI. It's the whole intelligence. The recent "Goss scandal" can be viewed as a step to take over CIA.

The pre warning of "terror attack" is replaced by violence abroad. (both will justify a coming terror attack in US as Al Qaida's work not a crime of insider's.) That's the result of a power expanding of DOJ. Although American people can be relaxed for a little while not being annoyed by terror alarm, the end will be the same: another terror attack will apply on US once the Feds successfully frames a case on me. (or to justify another war in Mid-east for the security of Israel)

406. Take over CIA (5/15/06)

Eight months ago, DOJ has activated a battle to take over the Supreme Court. They successfully sent two of their agents, John Roberts and Samuel Aliot, to the seats of Supreme Court Justice.

Now they are targeting CIA. FBI searched CIA No. 3 leader Foggo's home and office on 5/12. CIA Chief Porter Goss resigned in advance. The leader of CIA dropped in the trap set up by FBI.

Scandal is always a weapon FBI used to blackmail, to hit its target. They set up traps with its informants or undercover agents. (see "373. Extortion by scandal (1/12/06) 374. A covert totalitarian (1/12/06)")

Former President Nixon resigned from Watergate scandal. The "deep throat", concealed 30 years, now is revealed a FBI agent. Clinton and former Congressman Gary Condit were both hit hard by scandal of personal affair. The interns involved in the case, Lewinsky and Chandra Levy, were both from Jewish family. We know Israel tried to influence on US politicians through their aids. The recent Supreme Court nominations was fulfilled by the attack on GOP leader Frist (in Senate) and Tom Delay (in Congress) and on other GOP lawmakers by Abramoff scandal. Abramoff, I think, is an undercover agent who used to corrupt the law makers so these politicians could be extorted.

Why do I think so? Because Abramoff acted like a financial distributor. He not only offered financial aid to political campaign, he also offered financial aid to 911 hijackers. 3 or 4 hijackers (include Atta) visited casino ship SunCruze before the attack. Abramoff ran that casino company. And those 911 hijackers, at least some of them, were undercover former FBI agents and FBI informants. (see "403. Beware a global "terror" attack (4/30/06)")

In US, when a scandal happened, there used to be a purpose. So when Porter Goss resigns to a scandal, we know this time the purpose of DOJ is to take over CIA.

403. Beware a global "terror" attack (4/30/06)

I said in #401(4/25) that the new plot would be a global terror attack. It is. The intelligence activated all their main assets to show in the intimidating tapes within a week. Bin Laden's tape was broadcast on 4/23, followed by Al Zarqawi's on 4/25, then it was Al Qaida's No. 2:
Al-Zawahiri's on 4/29. All these mean there will be a big global "terror" attack plotted by US intelligence.

It's the time when US government face a strong anti-war movement. On 4/29 there was a big demonstration in Manhattan, New York. 300, 000 people took part in the protest. (I think Al Zawahiri's tape of 4/29 was pushed out against that anti war protest.) But media play down this kind of news. Mercury News even didn't report it. Instead media use more time to broadcast the tape of Al-Zarqawi shooting with auto rifle and Al Qaida leader's announcement. A psychological intimidate propaganda is obvious.

Bush's reputation is in the trough. People begin to realize the government spent their money on a war for the interest of a little group. To maintain a war machine in coming mid-term election, there will be a "terror attack" to justify Bush's "war on terror".

I felt this "terror" pressure for some time. I went to shopping on foot to avoid public transportation system, then the Feds tried to force me to the Federal building in a rogue's way.

Why I say the Al Qaida is manipulated by the intelligence of US and its allies? See the motives of these terror bombings. The target is ordinary people. The purpose is to provoke the conflict between different races and to vilify Islam.

Al Zarqawi's attack used to kill mass of Iraqis. (A typical sample was the bombing of Shiite mosque shrine) The purpose is to provoke a conflict between Sunni and Shiite so US will have the accuse to stay in Iraq to maintain the security. Many Iraqis denounce Al Zaqarwi because his suicide bomber targets at Iraqis not the invaders. The strange thing is, US could catch Saddam in his own land, (who is still supported by many Iraqis, at least in Sunni area) but can't find Al Zarqawi, a foreigner in Iraq where many Iraqis don't like him. Why? Because US needs him as a justification to stay in Iraq.

And Stanley Hilton, a government insider, Bob Dole's former chief of staff, political scientist, lawyer, represents 400 plus plaintiffs - most of them victims of 9/11, has told us in his case against government in 911 event that some of the hijackers were double agents of intelligence. 398. April 18, the action date?(4/15/06)

The possible action date of April plot is 4/18. Or from 4/18 to 5/10. 5/10 is the date when Federal Reserve will have another meeting and likely to raise the interest rate another 0.25%. Which becomes a power to push D.O.J. hurriedly to finish the case because they hold too many real estates property.

As for 4/18, it's the 100th anniversary of the Great Quake of San Francisco. It is a good date to create a liquefaction quake. The coincidence will psychologically fits for a public propaganda.

4/18 is the date Chinese president Hu Jingtao starts his official visit to US. The framed case has been a secret deal between China and US. So will be this one. The case, I think, will still be a drug planting. And Taiwan is always a payment in the deal. Be noticed that the President of Taiwan, is once again arranged in a diplomatic trip on 5/8. (To South America and Africa) If the case broke out on 4/18, the rest is to confirm the deal when Hu meets Bush.

4/17 is also the date my parents come back from China. I think this was arranged by the US and Chinese secret police. Though trip used to be planned for a murder, this time it will be used for planting, I think.

4/17 is also the last date to file the tax return. I allege Feds will frame me in the case by tax flaw.

I have some merchandise left from business. Each year I reported the merchandise stock unchanged by schedule C. Each year there was a Schedule C form in the tax book IRS mailed me. But this year, for the first time, there was no C form in the tax book. Why? I think Feds wish to find an excuse to search the stock in the name of "no report".

The merchandise stock is piled in garage. In former messages, I talked about there were two big attempts Feds had tried to enter the attic and garage. (see "144. Roof contractor from Idaho (July, 2003)" and "300. Garage door (3/27/05)") I allege they had planted drugs in attic and garage, so when the disguised contractor enter the attic or garage in the name of roofing or replacing the garage door could claim they found drugs there. The coming April plot will frame me in same tactic by entering garage in the name of tax file inspection.

I have talked about the rest. Start from last December, I was urged to file the tax return. Then in a dispute about weather to report two rewards air tickets, my wife said she would report separately. I agreed.

But to my surprise, my wife and the accountant firm e-filed a joint return under my name without my consent. To lure me to sign the paper, my wife said she agreed to report the rewarded air ticket. Since they have e-filed the return already, I had to compromise. I reviewed the paper, found there were flaws: some income not reported, and of course, there was no Schedule C. I listed the flaw, demanded a correction. The accountant firm did an amendment. But still, they deliberately neglected two items on my list. They didn't report a tax refund income and the schedule C as well. So I made a second demand on these two. The reply this time was, the firm was too busy. I must do the adjustment by myself. Which meant I have to correct the document prepared by accountant firm by myself. I think that's illegal.

I suggest my wife to sign on the tax return I prepared while the firm declined to correct the errors. She refused without reason. She insisted that I sign on that flawed paper prepared by the accountant firm (or rather, the Feds). That's how D.O.J. to frame a case in a rogue's way. And you can imagine how the Feds intimidated my wife to do all these unreasonable things against me.

It seems I can only file a separate tax return. But I am afraid there will be an "accident" murder waiting for me. I hope I have the chance to talk about it sometime later.

I allege a big drug case will break out on 4/18. (or on 4/17 if they planted drug on my parents' luggage) And an liquefaction quake will follow to distract. Beware there also come the terror attack and the Bird Flu pandemic to keep public's attention from the case.

399. Unusual rain lasted 50 days (4/20/06)

"After getting rained on for 11 of April's first 16 days, South Bay residents will enjoy some long-overdue sunshine the entire work week, forecasters say. That's right: No rain, today through Friday. "(Mercury News 4/17) I should make a complement: After 50 days of nearly consistent raining, (from 2/26 to 4/16) this was the first time we saw a continue
sunny days. It made something common in California a news.

Did the nature deliberately rained between the issuing of the Liquefaction Quake risk map (2/25) and the 100th Anniversary of the Great Quake of San Francisco (4/18)? Did the nature know 4/17 was the day of my parents' returning and the last day of tax file? Or more reasonable, it was a climate manipulation to create a situation for a Liquefaction Quake? The rain, was accurate to the project date. The accuracy was similar to the hurricanes created in 9/24 plot.

The Liquefaction Quake did not only target on my house but also target on my sister's in San Francisco. San Francisco made a rain record in this unusual occasion. News reported San Francisco had a record wet March: 25 rainy days. (The old record was 23 rainy days in 1904) B's (my brother in law) house is at a hill side.

395. A sudden trip and the tax return trap (3/30/06)

On Sunday (3/26), my wife took out the suit case. She was having a sudden trip to Hongkong and China that night. She took out the already done 2005 tax return and asked me to sign the paper. She said she agreed to report the air ticket prize to my wish.

I was surprised. After week long dispute, I told her to file the return separately. How could she still file a joint return? At this time, my sisters came. They advised me to sign the paper.

I reviewed the file, found there was a flaw. My wife has a stock investment in Hongkong. The accountant didn't report the interest and dividend income of that investment though the document were given.

My wife called the accountant. Her explanation was she had reviewed the statement. Because there was no trading, so she didn't report any income. But how could she neglected the interest and dividend income? It's about $1,000.

I think she is a special accountant assigned to my wife by Feds. She deliberately under report the income to create a problematic tax return. The reason I think so based on:

1. It's common sense to report the interest and dividends income. This is a mistake an accountant shouldn't make.

2. My wife said the return has been E-filed already. It was illegal. How could the accountant file my tax return without my consent (my signature)? As an expert, this is a mistake she shouldn't make.

3. My wife called the accountant right away. The accountant said she would pick up the file tomorrow at my wife's office. It was Sunday afternoon. It seemed she was waiting for the paper with my signature.

Of course I didn't sign it. What she filed was only the part of my wife's. There were other schedule paper in my name not included. I demand a correction.

I allege Feds prepared a wrong tax return. Hoping I would sign it in a hurry. My wife handed it to me just hours before her leaving.

I think the sudden trip of my wife to Hongkong is a new arrangement of Feds. With which they applied for a new FISA surveillance warrant. A new plot is forming.

396. Rain to create a liquefaction quake (4/5/06)

Since Mercury News put the "Liquefaction quake map" on 2/25 paper, it continues to rain until today. Sunny sky became a rarity.

On 4/3, the Mercury News said, "Rain in no hurry to go away

Forecasters have a message for wether-weary Northern California residents who endured the second-wettest March on record: There's plenty more rain to come."

Mudslide, sinkhole start to appear as rainstorms continue to saturate soil. And there is no signal the rain will stop. On 4/4, the paper said, "More rain is predicted through the weekend, with storms potentially continuing for at least two more weeks."

Two more weeks after 4/4 is exactly the 100th anniversary of the Great Quake of San Francisco. (4/18/1906) Media these days report the story of the disaster happened 100 years ago and about the gathering to memory the event. If another big earthquake takes place, people will take it as destined. Their mind are saturated that the Bay area of San Francisco is an area of earthquake already.

But I worry there will be an artificial one. Modern technique can develop a soil liquefaction and earthquake as well. But a soil liquefaction to sink a house is seldom to see. An earthquake will justify such a disaster. That's why a liquefaction quake risks map was suddenly developed and reported in Mercury News.

I'll say my sense in advance is once again proved right. Two days after liquefaction map was on newspaper (2/25) I posted "389. Liquefaction quake and rain (2/27/06)". Though I have no ability to foresee the weather, the development proved I was right. There was a record rainy days.

2/25 Liquefaction quake map was put on news.
2/26 - 2/28 All three days rainy days
3/1- 3/31 News said there were 20 rainy days, a second to the record. (record was 21 rainy days in March) I kept the weather forecast, recorded 21 rainy days this March.
4/1 - 4/5 All five days were rainy days.
4/5 - Forecast said there will be at least two more rain weeks.

Feds is creating a condition for a liquefaction quake. What left is to emit the proper shaking frequency to liquify the saturated soil. It was tested successfully in Philippines several months ago. Feds hurried to apply the new climate weapon in my case.

8/14 - 9/5 Four big plane crashes took place which would make the coming one not so unusual to the public.

9/6 - 9/18. Originated from Bahamas Hurricane Ophelia (storm 2) moved slowly along the East Coast. It would be used to cause a trip accident.

9/10 - 9/17 My family members took a trip in East Coast. (attempt murder 1)

8/29. Hurricane Katrina (storm 1) originated from Bahamas drowned New Orleans. Its role was to (1) distract an anti-war movement. (2) play a cover up role to Hurricane Rita, (3) a drill for the coming Hurricane Rita. The two hurricanes were so similar: from its originates (Bahamas), moving traces, to its lasting days. (8 days) (4) give an excuse to the coming inflation. (The inflation is artificial suppressed because Feds needs a low interest rate to maintain a booming house market.)

8/30. Cindy Sheehan's anti-war trip started from Texas. But was neglected by media because of Katrina.

8/31. Chief Executive of Hongkong - Donald Tseng, invited the whole legislature of Hongkong to travel with him to mainland China on 9/25.

8/31. H.A. mailed an architectural inspection notice with heavy penalty intimidation. It included the enclosed yard. I thought it targeted at a self made little shed in backyard. If I tore down the shed, there would be a lot of junk. How could I handle it?

8/31. San Jose Council member Chuck Reed mailed a letter announced a "Free dumping day" on 9/24. Which offered a solution for backyard junk. The coincidence enabled me to realize that Feds planned to frame me on 9/24 if I would have dumped the garbage to the bin. (by claiming there was illegal things inside it?) But what if my wife did the garbage job? Then there was a sudden offering of fun trip from an airliner to the travel company my wife worked. Thus she left before 9/24.

9/22 -9/29. My wife left to South-east Asia for a fun trip.

9/24. Free dumping date. (attempt murder 2) Of course I wouldn't do as they wished.
9/24. Big anti-war protest in Washington. (planned to be humiliated by terror attack)
9/24. Hurricane Rita landed in Texas. An event to distract. (storm 3)

9/25 - 9/26. The legislature of Hongkong visited China. I allege there would have been a travel accident to kill Mr. Wang Yi Hong if 9/24 plot went on successfully. (attempt murder 3)

9/27. My wife took a boat trip in Haloon Bay, Vietnam. While Typhoon Damrey(storm 4) just left a day ago. (attempt murder 4)

10/1 evening, Second Bali bombing.
10/2 morning. Chen Shui-bian, the President of Taiwan stopped in Bali not far from the bombing site. His plane had a temporary stop-by due to the typhoon Longwang. (storm 5) (attempt murder 5)

In 9/24 plot, there were at least 5 attempt murder case, 4 were planned when the victims were in trip. Feds created 5 storms to help the case. And if the 9/24 plot succeeded, I believe there would have been a third London bombing. Though at last it didn't come true, British secret police had prepared it.

The payment to British was not only to host the Olympic. Another reward came right after 9/24.

There were indications to show that US intelligence was behind most terror attack: OKC bombing; 911 attack; anthrax letter; Bali bombing, Chechenya rebel...... It's their tactic to have a link with all opposition party, no matter it's legal or illegal. To manipulate the opposition force often came to a result favorable to them .

The IRA disarmament also indicates that US intends to release one hand of British secret police and let it move its resource to deal with Islamic world.

387. Cross murder deal (2) (2/17/06)

I realized the cross murder deal in 9/24 case.

In March 2005, there was a regime change in Hongkong. A western cultivated Hongkong official - Donald Tsang, became the chief executive of Hongkong.

On 8/31/05, Mercury News reported: "The chief executive of HongKong invited the territory's entire legislature Tuesday to travel with him to southern China next month...... The trip next month, scheduled for Sept. 25 and 26."

Next day I received letters from Homeowner Association and a San Jose Council member which I alleged having arranged 9/24 a garbage dumping day to frame me in. At that time, I was alarmed by dense plane crashes and thought there would be a big murder plot around 9/24. (see message #339, 340, 342, 343) But would China kill Mr. Wang Yi Hong whom I thought was pro-China? (His father had been a member of Chinese Political Consultative Conference)

The next news was on 9/26. "Long-banned authorities of Hong Kong visit mainland". "The Chinese government invited the entire 60 member Legislative Council on a two day tour of Guangdong.". "Some of whom (pro-democracy lawmakers) had been barred from China for more than a decade."

Then came the news of the President of Taiwan who had dramatically changed his trip schedule and stopped in Bali, Indonesia where there was just a second bombing occurred.
I finally realized there was a cross murder deal. China would kill a law maker of HongKong whom is pro-China to exchange US killing the President of Taiwan whom is pro-US.

392. 12/2 plot to murder Mr. Wang Yi Hong (3/15/06)

After the failure of 9/24 plot, another big case was framed on 12/2/05.

11/14/05. Arnold Schwarzenegger started his 6 day trip in China. He visited Shanghai, Beijing and Hongkong. I alleged a new secret deal was confirmed between US and China.

11/15. China confirmed its first human case of Bird Flu. Which means after the outbreak of the framed case, Bird Flu would be used to distract and eliminate.

11/15. US Consulate in Guangzhou warned of a possible terrorist threat to American facilities in the southern Chinese city of Guangzhou. Later I knew that was the method they planned to kill Mr. Wang Yi Hong. (see "358. New secret deal (11/17/05)")

11/24. Chinese consulate in Karachi said it received a fax threatening that terrorist would attack the restaurants in Hongkong and China. This was a justification for the coming bombing.

In later November, Singapore government suddenly announced it would execute an Australian.(Who was sentenced to death for holding heroine) It was only about a week from the announcement to the execution. It was a hurried decision.

Sometime in later November, my daughter said someone would give her a free gift - a fitness cycle. I alleged this was an active plant by the Feds.

12/2. Singapore executed the Australian. I alleged it was a cover up action of another framed drug case targeted at Dr. Wang.

12/2. The mini-van my daughter drove was left at the door. It got a flat tire. There was a fitness cycle inside it. I didn't replace the flat tire, fearing it was a trap.

12/2. The Vice Secretary of the Chinese People's Representative Council, Mr. Qiao Xiao-Yang, suddenly flied to Guangzhou. He was invited by the Chief executive of Hongkong - Donald Tsang, to speak about the political reform of Hongkong to the elite politicians. The elite politicians, of course, were mostly law makers of Hongkong. Media said it was a hurriedly arranged meeting.

I think if I entered the mini van to get tools to replace the flat tire, there would be an arrest. (see "363. A day to day persecution (12/7/05)")

Then there would be terrorist attacks either in China or Hongkong. or both. Targeted at Mr. Wang Yi Hong and his securities company. His brother, Dr. Wang, would also be framed in a drug case in Singapore. (see "364. Cover up tactic (12/12/05)") (Dr. Wang has relatives in Singapore and often go there)

367. China's role and the payment to it (12/27/05)

China not only invested its surplus dollars in US financial market, it is also a major partner with D.O.J. in the plot of framing a big drug case. The payment paid to China is huge.

The first big one was the membership of WTO in 2001. Chinese economy since grew so rapidly that it is now the sixth economic power in the world. Then when D.O.J. exhausted its resource such like sacrifice the dissidents, it sold Taiwan's independence.

There are two big parties in Taiwan. One is the Nationalist Party which insists "one China" policy. The other one is the Democratic Progress Party which wants independence. Of course, an independent Taiwan is for US' interest. So we saw in last decade, the former ruling party the N.P. was torn apart and at last lost its regime. The D.P.P. took over the reign power of Taiwan on 2000.

But that trend changed in late 2003 when Taiwan became a chip in secret deal between US and China. (see #206, 254, 255, 293, 296)

In April and May, twice Arnold Schwarzenegger had planned to visit China. I warned in advance that he was for a secret deal with a bribe of 25 billions of pension fund investment. (see "303. April plot and secret deal (4/12/05)") He thus postponed his visit and that investment plan has never heard of since then.

It was replaced by another deal. It was Taiwan. In late April and early May, two major opposition leaders, Lien Chan and James Soong, visited mainland China. It was a big step forward for the unification and put the pro-independence President Chen Shui-bian on the defensive.

Furthermore, Chen Shui-bian's life became a chip too. While James Soong was in China, the Taiwan's President was invited to a small island country in Pacific Ocean. The country was so backward that there was no airport big enough for the landing of a Boeing. Chen Shui-bian had to take an old hydroplane in a neighbor big island. I also was impressed by the report that he was entertained by a personal sail with the Island President. There was wind. The sea was rough. The wave was big. President was wetted. He compared the rough sea with his Political life. He didn't know the rough sea could become a dead sea for him if a framed case went on successfully in US.

I didn't keep the newspaper (Part information was from TV) because at that time I thought the unification visit of Taiwan's opposition party was the only payment. I didn't expect the Inside group would sacrifice a President's life whom work for it. I only realized it when the similar case repeated later.

The second attempt to murder the President of Taiwan: Chen Shui Bian, was another boat cruise in mid 2005. He was escorted to an island near Taiwan to claim sovereignty. I still wasn't aware of that was a murder attempt. I only felt strange. If he wanted to be popular, he could go to another island - Diao Yu Tai. It is a big issue between China and Japan for the controversial land sovereignty. Why did he pick up an island which people rarely heard of?

I realized he was a chip in secret deal in early October that year. In later September, Chen Shui Bian was in South America, visiting several countries there. In his open procedure, Chen would go back to Taiwan via San Francisco. But his group made a dramatical change. They flied to Abu Dhabi. The Taiwan delegate was invited by an Arabic country. Chen Shui Bian said it was a diplomatic success.

Then on his way back to Taiwan, the President's plane stopped in Bali, Indonesia in the morning of 10/2. Because Taiwan was bracing a strong typhoon Longwong. The coincidence was, 13 hours ago, Bali was hit by the second bombing. One of the bombing area was Jimbaran Beach where there was a lot of high class shop and five star hotel. Not far from President's rest place.

I think if the 9/24 plot succeeded, the President of Taiwan would have died in the second Bali bombing a week later. (to be continued)

385. Frame a FISA case (2/12/06)

In early December last year, my daughter urged me several times for the tax return, said she needed it to apply for a scholarship. I gave her the tax return of 2004. She insisted for a 2005 return. I told her it was impossible because 2005 was not finished. It could not be done until February 06 when all financial statements were got. At last she gave me an ultimatum that she must get it before March 2, 2006.

I wondered why she insisted for a tax return of 2005. Related to the hot issues of secret spying in December, I thought it was an effort of Feds for a FISA warrant. Wang's family has a security company. We have an account in that company. Each year when I prepared for tax return, we would call the company for an annual statement. Then why the Feds only focus on this year? I think they have just set up a FISA case recently with the help of Chinese secret police.

Almost at same time, (early December 2005) I learned a news from World Journal. The columnist said he had attended a banquet hosted by Mr. and Mrs Wang Yi Hong. The distinguished guest was a writer who had been very popular in Hongkong. This was the writer's first return to Hongkong after he had immigrated to the US for 13 years.....

I don't think it was a coincidence a writer who had settled in US for 13 years suddenly took a trip to Hongkong at this time. He was probably sent to Hongkong on purpose by Feds. Hongkong is a hot field for international intelligence. It's natural that celebrities seeking all kinds of information, let alone if it was a case deliberately set up by the secret police of two countries - China and US.. Mr. Wang Yi Hong might have been put on the FISA list since then, as well as the security company his family owns.

This is why I was urged to file a 2005 tax return. All for a FISA warrant when there is a phone call. I don't care wiretap. What I fear is a violent action. Because a wiretap warrant means much more. Feds is in a hurry. They only asked for a 5 weeks' delay for the old Patriot Act.

361. Storm is now a killing tool of Feds (11/27/05)

Back to 9/24 framed case. In "#342. Homeowner Association again (9/12/05)" I talked about How Feds arranged a trip for my wife between 9/22 to 9/29 so they could frame me in a special "9/24 Neighborhood Cleanup day". Then what would happen to my wife while she was in South east Asia?

They prepared a trip accident.

My wife told me a lucky story when she returned. The travel group would tour Haloon Bay in Vietnam on 9/27. Some big boss in the group gave up the tour with the excuse they must attend a meeting or just plainly said they were afraid of the typhoon. Only a few tourists went with my wife. But the typhoon miraculously left the Haloon Bay a day before so they had a nice boat tour.

On 9/30/05, there was a picture in Mercury News which shows a woman walking through rubble caused by Typhoon Damrey. "The worst storm to hit Vietnam in a decade. Officials said Thursday they had recovered 38 bodies so far."

I think there would be a "boat accident caused by typhoon" on 9/27 if the 9/24 framed case went on successfully. The good luck for my wife was not a nice trip but a safe one.

365. Low interest rate and the role of Japan (12/17/05)

Federal Reserve raised the bench mark rate to 4.25% at the purpose to poke off the bubble of housing market. The later the bubble breaking off, the severe the economy will be hurt. But what troubles Greespan is his operation doesn't work. The 30 years mortgage rate stand firmly at around 6.3%. Because main factor which influence the 30 years fixed mortgage rate, the long term bond rate keeps in low. The 10 years US treasury note is around 4.5%. The latest rate on 12/16 is 4.44%. It's only a 0.19% difference between the interest rate of 10 years bond and Federal overnight rate. If the ten years treasury note stays at that level, then when Federal Reserve changes the overnight rate to 4.5% next month, the short term interest rate will equal or pass over the 10 years long term rate. Is it absurd?

This phenomenon is created by Feds. (D.O.J.) They drove two big buyers to invest on US treasury note in large scale. Thus to keep the long term bond rate low which eventually leads to a low mortgage rate. Because Feds (FBI and DEA) hold a lot of real estate property. Why they don't retreat from this market? Because my case haven't finished. It's also why there is an intensify day to day persecution on me these days. The economy situation is worse and worse for them.

Who are the two big buyers? China and Japan. Since there is a historical deficit in US current account, dollar faces a devaluation. It's very unwise to invest on US treasury note at this time. Then what makes China and Japan to do so?

There is no free lunch in the world. D.O.J. bribed the two countries to do so. The payment to Japan is its sovereignty.

Japan was a defeated country in Second World War. It is still under occupation of US army. Though Japan is an economy power, it is a political pygmy. Especially in military. Probably it was the only one suffered from atomic bomb. Its military re-build is tightly controlled by US. Now the restriction on Japan are released gradually.

1. On 9/10/2004, Japan officially declared its Navy found a nuclear submarine invaded its territorial waters. On 9/12, Japanese government confirmed it was a Chinese nuclear submarine. Koizumi's government lodged a diplomatic protest and demanded an official apology. It was contrary to the restraint attitude Japanese used to have.
