Wal-Mart EMPLOYEES & ASST. MANAGERS in Valdosta, GA, at Store #2615, Need a UNION A.S.A.P, (A Citizens speaks out for WORKERS)

I have heard enough from WAL-MART Workers at Store #2615, and the Store across town in Valdosta, Georgia about their SICK working conditions.

As a community organizer, and victim of Wal-Mart sick work practices myself. I cannot sit back any longer and ignore my fellow human beings while they suffer at the hands of this employer in the State of Georgia, seemingly with Georgia Legislators APPROVAL! How Sad, in 2009?

It is indeed sad, that Wal-Mart CEO, (god, Lee Scott), and Wal-Mart Board of Directors continues to ignore FIRED and assigned WORKERS but will not provide even a courteous reply to their correspondence and phone calls.

As a retired military veteran I find this extremely unprofessional and I feel sorry for mistreated WAL-MART workers that call on me for help in their various situations at this Giant Retail Store. While Wal-Mart Managers continuously tell WORKERS that they are part of the Wal-Mart Family.

However when WAL-MART no longer needs these WORKERS they treat them like WORKERS in CHINA or in some other third world nation. I now understand why most WAL-MART WORKERS with any level of intelligence are terminated for little or no reason at all.

Managers don’t want you asking questions or coming up with creative idea’s that saves money for WAL-MART. This must show up managers and they don’t want to look bad. Therefore, if you are from another company or retired with skills, training, leadership, management skills etc., then they don’t need you in any part of MANAGEMENT. In short, if you cannot find your noise on your face----you are their guy and can expect longevity at store #2615 in many cases.

What is even more sickening is that under Georgia's, "AT WILL EMPLOYMENT LAW," nothing will change for WORKERS at this facility without the establishment of a UNION.

When I was being trained against WAL-MART having UNIONS. I discovered that most WAL-MART Department Managers, AND many other WORKERS were not being trained. It seem that WAL-MART deliberately FAILS to train WORKERS so they can LATER use WORKERS as FALL GUY’S and GIRLS when managers fail in their own responsibilities.

In addition WAL-MART training is a big fat JOKE and it is time for the American People to learn the truth about WAL-MART and STOP shopping there like my relatives and me. I finally came out of my coma, and refuse to support a company that continues to mistreat WORKERS.

Moreover, Wal-Mart workers who unload trucks in the back room really need help, because they are treated as if they are nobody and it is a disgrace.

Soon, I will be posting my personal story, and experience about WAL-MART and how they mistreat workers, while the HOMEOFFICE continues to ignore people who seek a response from WAL-MART EXECUTIVES, concerning ill terminations, ill firings and job related injuries but are ignored like WORKERS in CHINA.

However, this is what GEORGIA WORKERS get, for voting in politicians who approves of “GEORGIA AT WILL EMPLOYMENT LAW.”

My heart goes out to ALL WAL-MART WORKERS that comes to me seeking help. But too often, I am forced to apologize because there is little anyone can do under Georgia's sick "AT WILL EMPLOYMENT LAW."

Too many, Wal-Mart WORKERS are afraid to speak out about their ill treatment, because of perceived certain retribution in the form of having their EMPLOYMENT RECORD TARNISHED by Wal-Mart in comments to other EMPLOYERS. How Sad? But this is why Wal-Mart WORKERS, need a UNION, and all good Americans to find somewhere to shop until they make MAJOR improvement in WORKERS RIGHTS.

We the AMERICAN PEOPLE must say to WAL-Mart. That we are NOT happy in the way you are TREATING our MOTHERS, FATHERS, SISTERS, BROTHERS RELATIVES, AND FRIENDS.

Therefore we cannot support you, and that if you make it, or build it in CHINA, then sell it in CHINA, and stop treating AMERICAN WORKERS including United States Military Veterans who have protected this nation against all aggressors.

Wal-Mart WORKERS need IMMEDIATE HELP! If not now---when? If not the American People—WHO? Think about, and then do something about it....

SPECIAL NOTE: To all Military Veterans, people of good will, and WAL-MART Associates, don't be afraid to stand upright and speak truth to power. Especially if you are a Retired Military Veterans, who have been mistreated or had a spouse, family member or friend mistreated by WAL-MART.

If you WERE willing to give your live, in a foreign country, for people you did not know, then why not stand up, on behalf of those you do know in America, living in your own household, community, state, and nation.

So Please! Don't PUNK out now! We the people can do better, and it is up to us....

Yes we can! "Save Money, and Live Better by shopping at WAL-MART, but at what cost to our fellow mistreated (WORKERS) human beings in America, China, and around the WORLD?
